1. No spamming. Don't make pointless posts that have nothing to do with anything.
2. Respect other member. Don't start arguments with other members or insult them. Unless of course it's your characters insulting eachother.
3. Don't control other people's characters. You can't control another character's body, mind or soul in any way unless they allow or tell you to via pm. If you kick a character, you can't say he fell back. He has to say that. You can however control other minor character that don't have much to do with the story. Say if you were a mob boss. You could control members of your gang that nobody else is controling. OR if you wnet to the cinema, you could control the person sitting next to you.
4. Use proper grammer. Don't just write in all small letters without any capitals or anything like that. Use proper grammer with quotation marks, commas, paragraphs and everything else.
5. Use Close tags. If you want to rp but it's closed to everybody except a few other people just put this next to the title (Closed/tag ........ & ..........). Or if you just want to do a short rp with no one else about your character. Just put (Closed) next to the title.
6. You are allowed to use a non-marvel character. If you don't want to use a marvel character, you can. But they have to roleplay in the marvel universe. They had to go through a portal or something and end up in the marvel universe. For example, if you wanted to roleplay Batman, you can. But you would have to say something like this:
Batman woke up in the middle of the street. It was busy and there were loads of people around him. He slowly got up. He took out his cell phone and tried to call Jarvis but it didn't work. He couldn't remember what just happened. He remembered a big explosion but that was it.
See, Batman must have gone through some portal or something and wound up in the Marvel Universe. Obviously you would have to explain it more than that. You could start out in your first post like that but eventually you would have to find out how you got there. And the good thing is, if you ever wanted to quit your acount, you could say you found out how to get back to your original universe.
7. You're allowed to have more than one character. But you have to create a new acount for each character.
8. Original characters are allowed. You're able to make up your own character but if they're connected to another marvel character, it has to make sense.
9. Go to workshop if you're told. Go and don't start an argument. It's just going to help your role-playing skills. Also you should check out the workshop for tips even if you don't need to go. They could come in handy.
10. Keep it PG12. Please do not turn this into some place where you just live out your weird sex fantasy. Keep it PG13 (with the exception of curse words). However ANYTHING goes in the XXX board.
11. Put some effort in. This isn't technically a rule but anyway, put some effort into your posts. Writing one line posts is allowed but strongly discouraged. Put some of your character's thought into the post. Describe things around him. Describe him. It's weird when one post is full of detail and written great and then the next one is complete crap. I strongly suggest you check out the workshop for tips.
Now enjoy!
